Village of Pewaukee NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE VILLAGE BOARD The Pewaukee Village Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the following proposed Resolution and Ordinance at the regular Village Board meeting, November 17, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm at the following web address: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89691326200. Resolution to amend the Comprehensive Plan-Land Use Plan Map Element designation for 357 Morris Street from current Institutional to proposed Multi-Family Residential. Property owner/applicant is AMTA Investments LLC, in c/o Tara and Dan Stetler. b. Ordinance to rezone the property located at 357 Morris Street from current IPS-Institutional & Public Service District to R-M Multi-Family Residential District. Property owner/applicant is AMTA Investments LLC, in c/o Tara and Dan Stetler Anyone desiring to be heard will be given such opportunity at that time. No action will be taken at this meeting with action to be taken at a future Village Board meeting.
