OFFICIAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS TRANSIT RAMP WATERPROOFING COATING AND JOINT REPAIR 212 E. ST. PAUL AVE. CITY OF WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN Bids Close: Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Sealed Bids must be received by and will be opened on June 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., local time, at the Office of the Director of Public Works in the City Hall Annex located at 130 Delafield St., Waukesha, Wisconsin 53188, for the following project: TRANSIT RAMP WATERPROOFING COATING AND JOINT REPAIR 212 E. ST. PAUL AVE. (Quest No. 5192697) 3,800 SF of Heavy Duty Solvent Based Traffic Coating System Expansion Joint Replacement Joint Repair Concrete Repair Contract documents, which include Project Plans and Specifications, may be digitally downloaded beginning June 16, 2017, from Quest for a cost of $25.00. The City of Waukesha will no longer be offering paper copies of plans. If the contractor's current prequalification on record with the City of Waukesha does not pertain to the specific type of work in this specification, a new Prequalification must be filed. To check the status of Contractor's prequalification, please call (262) 524-3600. A list of all subcontractors must be submitted and approved by the Director of Public Works one (1) calendar day prior to the Board of Public Works meeting scheduled to be held July 6, 2017. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check payable to the City of Waukesha in the amount of 5% of the Bid. Bids may be withdrawn only pursuant to relevant provisions of Wisconsin law. Otherwise all Bids must be offered for a period extending sixty (60) days beyond the Bid opening. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sec. 62.15, 66.0901, 779.14, 779.15, Wisconsin Statutes, and all other relevant provisions of federal, state and local law.
